对于手淫危害的问题，多少年来有各种各样的千奇百怪的答案，可谓仁者见仁智者见智。
但有一点大家都明白，手淫的终极快感无非就是射精，但要是射精有那么大的危害，那大家就不要结婚，不要做爱，也不要传宗接代啦！
只是说，过度手淫会影响自己的体能和健康，同时手淫后的自责与懊悔倒真的会影响自己的精神状况！
